Best massage in the center of Copenhagen. I can highly recommend Elena for her massage treatment. Furthermore the clinic is both clean and cosy. I am truly looking forward to my next visit.

Caradan Therapy is the best kept secret in Copenhagen. I can't recommend it enough, I am actually sending everybody to him because it works. I live an ok healthy life style but i work long hours sitting in front of the computer, i also do sports and it is so much easier to get hurt when your body is not balanced and relaxed. Paul Caradan just sees things instantly, he knows exactly what to do and how to do it in the most efficient way. I always leave that room feeling fixed :)I was having severe low back pain, such that I couldn’t do anything but stay in bed. Every session with Paul is an opportunity to understand my body and to make it functional.

When my dentist, a year ago, recommended Cranio-Sacral therapy to deal with tensions in my jaw, I admit I was a bit sceptical at first. A year later now, I am very happy to have started treatment with Paul. Not only were the tensions gone very soon after; it is also the most gentle treatment I have ever come across, and that still has an astonishing effect every time. Whatever my stress level is before: by the time I leave, I feel fully relaxed and balanced, physically as well as mentally. Paul has the gift of sensitivity, allowing him to home in on problem areas, a holistic view of body function and integration that is otherwise often missing in specialists, and the secure and reassuring technique to allow the body to safely surrender and release tension to re-balance. The mind just follows. 5 stars, and many thanks to go with them!After trying craniosacral therapy with Paul last year, I realized all the positive impacts of it on my nervous system and overall wellbeing so I have been coming back regularly (and so have my mom, husband and best friends). I had problems with my left knee after an injury while practicing Muay Thai. It was fixed after two sessions at Caradan therapy. Paul worked on my ligaments and put it back. Totally recommend
